In these changing times, we wanted to update our customers about what we are doing at Austin Stereo. Many of you are staying at home, and are looking forward to having your beloved stereo gear back from service. While there may be other changes in the future, here is what we are doing at present.
Our lobby is currently closed during the city ordered time frame. At the moment, we are working on equipment we already have in for service. We now offer online payment, and contactless pickup. If you have been notified that your equipment is ready, please contact us in advance to arrange this option.
As our backlog is approximately ten weeks at the moment, we now offer the option to enter your equipment into the queue online. Please contact us to see if we offer service for your particular piece of equipment, and
